     HOUSE BILL NO. 141                                                                                                         
     "An Act setting the fee for medical treatment or services                                                                  
     performed outside the state under the Alaska Workers'                                                                      
     Compensation Act, requiring a provider of medical treatment or                                                             
     services under the Alaska Workers' Compensation Act to submit                                                              
     bills for treatment or services to employers within 180 days after                                                         
     the date the treatment or services are rendered, and limiting the                                                          
     time for appealing an employer's denial or reduction of a bill; and

Representative P. Wilson moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                 
HB 141 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and                                                                  
placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                          
                                                                                                                                
HB 141 was read the third time.                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
Representative Josephson moved and asked unanimous consent that he                                                              
be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest.                                                            
Objection was heard, and Representative Josephson was required to
